Our services are provided by disabled and socially disadvantaged people, who have found here a job and the opportunity to participate in society.
Some of us, homeless or dependent on an assistant, live here. We also run a café and a creative tea room.
In our guest house you will find comfortable accommodation and facilities, whether you are on a business trip, a cycling tour or a training course.
In addition to providing accommodation, we also do simple chores and craft practical and pretty items.
We also grow and harvest edible and medicinal herbs, and make our own goat milk products from our small farm in the mountains.
Our goal is to become economically independent so that our colleagues are not dependent only on state welfare and survive in social service homes. Our goal is Camphill.
The Sandrik guesthouse has an interesting history, which began in 1895. At that time, it housed the Sandrik administration, and there was even a casino. And in the building was the third cinema in Slovakia. We have been providing and developing our services since December 2023. We wanted to create a place where disadvantaged people can work and where we provide them with an informal family atmosphere and the opportunity to develop.
